Recent findings. (Click to enlarge images)

This post today is going to be about the stores that I've recently found.
I'll be posting them in three posts because this may be lengthy one.

And as usual I'll be sharing the websites are each one. So if you like what you see then go ahead and get buying!! I personally haven't simple because I'm saving my money for Florence but soon after I can guarantee you that I'll be getting my hands one something that I share tonight.

This will also show you what I'm interested in and what my style is like as it is always changing.

SO! First up on the many sites that I've found would be TOXIC VISION.
This is one is especially my favourite simple because of how much time has gone into each design. There's multiple materials and techniques that have been used on them and the detail is something to look out for. some are also quite complex as well.

The prices from this store are running between $200 -$1500

It may be much but baring in mind these design are being made by hand and looking at these garments you can see the time and preparation put in to them. It's also an american store so if you're ordering from the UK then it may be more.

Next up is BLKLABLEX! This store isn't as complex as the previous one. HOWEVER!! The store does produce some lovely designs. There isn't much to be shown of the site but it does give an idea of what the style is. The designs I would say are quite airy and light and suitable for summer.

The prices for this store are cheaper running between $20 to $60.
Again it is an american store so it may cost more.
They also have a mens section as well.

Again if you like what you see then visit the store

My third store is one of my favourite findings and it's DEANDRI!
Deandri is possible one of the few stores that'll produce multiple versions of the same design. Taking a classic dressing and changing it ever so slightly. Turning a dress into a two piece, suspender with zenon collar, to changing the fabric entirely from black to tartan to turning it into separate pieces. It's endless.
the same goes for it's harness and their shoes. Changing and altering them into a complete different outlook

The prices for this store are between $45 and $170
These designs are absolutely amazing and I love them to bits.
They also do a mens section where the designs are similar to the womens but with shirts.

Interested?? Then look at the store.

These will be the end of the post for today as I will be posting another tomorrow.

Again if you like what you've seen then do check out the sites and share with others.

First post of 2014!! New purchases and changing my style...

I trust that everyone has had a good Christmas and time off? It's time to get back to work and start the new year with a fresh head and a change.

This year I'm wanting to change my style and become more comfortable in what I want to wear. The style that I'm interested in going towards is a dark and kind of Gothic, I love to wear black and baggy t shirts as it is but some times wearing the same thing can get boring after a while. So this year I'm going to aim to find some items that have the same kind of style like these that I have already purchased over the Christmas holidays.

What do you think of them?

It's a big change for me as I haven't worn things like this before, like skirts. I haven't worn a skirt in years and last year I managed to buy two!! Which is a huge thing for me. So I brought another skirt that is black (of course) and has two half belts on the side. One thing I noticed about this skirt is that it can come across as a P.E skirt that you would of worn at school but the edgy look and the accessory of the belts that are attached to the skirt gives a complete different style to the classic pleated skirt.
The skirt itself I thought was quite comfortable but for my frame I thought it looked odd, the reason for this is because I have big hips, so a pleated skirt or an open skirt isn't always best for my body shape. HOWEVER! The skirt is fastened on the side and holds in a good shape around the waist due to the height of the skirt which can make my waist seem smaller.
To go with this kind of skirt I could pair it with a tank top and a slightly opened shirt that would be tucked in and made to look baggy to make my waist seem smaller, if I wanted to make it look ever more smaller and add shape to my body then I could add a belt or a chain to enhance the shape.

I have also purchased myself some new plat form boots which again is a first for me as well. These boots were a size 8 women's with a 3 to 4 inch all around. The boots itself I thought were very comfortable for the price that I had paid, the platform itself is quite spongy and very easy to walk in. Because of the heal it gave me the idea that it would feel like I'm wearing a high heal but because of the platform it feels like you're wearing an ordinary boot that is just a little bit heavier. I had no trouble walking in these what so ever but if you were to purchase these type of boots I would suggest massaging the leather around the back of the boot to soften the leather, making it less harsh on your ankles.
As you can see I have given an idea of what could go with the boots but this time I went for a sexy revealing look, since my style is going down the Gothic root I thought it would be a good idea to do some DIY on an old pair of tights and using the thigh high socks to go over the top, making it look sexy but not revealing everything.

The last two things that I have purchased were a pair of stripped jeans and a tank top which has a revealing and interesting back view. The jeans and the tank top are both very comfortable but easy to move in, with the jeans the waist and the fastening is a little lower to what I am used to but look at the jeans from behind the low waist band gives more shape to the bottom than the usual pair of jeans that I would buy.
I chose to buy these two because I thought that they would go great together which they do and at some point I will need to take a few photos of full outfits to give the idea of what can be paired and how to add more with accessories.

With these purchases some were cheap and others weren't but I will give you links and the prices of how much these were. I have brought more things but they are still to some through the mail.
